        Our company owns 11 dosage-forms and 107 species of prepared drug, 131 specs of approved document number. The national second-class new medicine Xinyue Capsule（Capsule of Saponin of leaf and stem of American Ginseng）which owns independent intellectual property rights came to the market in Sep. 2003. Chinese General Medical Academy held an expert seminar for Xinyue Capsule on 29 October, 2005, which gave sufficient affirmation to the curative effect of Xinyue Capsule. The national second-class new medicine Diethyl-saponin of American Ginseng has been completed the third period of its clinical trial work. At present, we are doing the preparation work for the clinical trial of Saponin Re of Ginseng.

        4. Research, develop and invite business investment
        Our R&D center has been making great effort on developing and using the natural medicinal material resources of the Changbai Mountain all along. Locating in the Changbai Mountain, such a treasure world full of resources, we really feel that our ability is too limited. We sincerely hope various research institutes can join together to make great contribution on researching new kinds of medicine that can treat various system diseases of human and developing national medicine culture by developing and using the natural medicinal material resources of the Changbai Mountain.
        Our hometown Ji’an city is still a pure land, which hasn’t been polluted by the modern industry. The blue sky, the green mountain chains and the clear flowing water make everything to stay in the natural environment. The Changbai Mountain chains vary in height from 2000m to 108m.The obviously difference in height causes the plants here to present vertical zonation. A great many kinds of world-rare precious medicinal materials gather here. The three treasure of northeast “ginseng, antler and fruit of Chinese magnoliavine” just come from here. Locating in such a giant treasure world and facing to the swiftly developing modern medicine business and the sea of the national medicine culture, we find we are so tiny and weak. We cordially hope that various research institutes, experts and the colleagues in this aspect can join together to make great contributions to the human health business and develop the national medicine culture. We can bring more and more better new products to the ones that are fighting against the disease by our cooperation.

        At present, our company has more than hundred varieties of medicine, but little anti-tumor medicine, gastro-intestinal tract disease medicine, external medicine for dermatosis and gynecology medicine etc. So we hope we can have cooperative projects on these aspects.

        11 kinds of dosage-forms in our company have passed the national GMP authentication. They include injection, capsule, mixture (orally taking fluid), tincture, liniment, emulsion, granule, troche, sirup, raw material medicine, eyedrop and so on. Therefore, when we determine which project should we develop, the dosage-form that fits the GMP producing condition will become our first consideration. However, other dosage-forms are not excluded. We also urgently need to seek good cooperating projects to support the further implementation of our other dosage-form GMP work.
        Our company has depended on the great advantage, the green resources of the Changbai Mountain to produce TCM injection for over 20 years. Therefore, TCM injection is the key researching and developing direction of our company. Meanwhile, we also extremely hope to introduce in western medicine projector have a cooperation on it.
        The project of which the basic experimental work is more perfect will become our first consideration, especially, the one that has already got the new medicine clinical approval and production document No.
